What we record, why, and when it is deleted

Effective October 3, 2026

The short version. A shop uses Sellsistant to review its own customer conversations. The employee starts recording with a button, and the app shows a red indicator the whole time. Audio is turned into text on our own servers in the United States. Raw audio is deleted within 3 days, and short audio clips attached to findings within 30 days. We never build voiceprints, never sell data, and never use it for advertising.

1. Who we are

Sellsistant is a product of Piqle Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Sellsistant mobile app, the website sellsistant.com and the service behind them. Questions go to sol@sellsistant.com.

2. Our role

Sellsistant is a business tool. The business that subscribes, for example an auto repair shop, decides to record conversations at its counter and on its phones. For that workplace data the business is in charge, and we process it on the business's behalf as its service provider. If you are a customer of such a business and want your data removed, contact the business or write to us, and we will pass the request on and help carry it out.

3. What we collect

App diagnostics: app version, platform, recording and upload status, battery level during a shiftThe appTo make sure recordings arrive and to warn before the battery runs out
Owner name, email, phone, business name and billing addressThe owner, at checkoutTo create the account, send access codes and bill the subscription
Name, phone or email and business details from the website formWebsite visitors who apply for a pilotTo reply to the request

Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers. The app does not use location, contacts, advertising identifiers or tracking. A photo picked for the in-app goal stays on the phone.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone. Employees and customers of a subscribing business can ask the business or write to us. We answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. See how to delete data.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Each person signs in with a personal access code, and an owner sees only their own shop. Server access is limited to a small team using SSH keys. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the business and, where required, the people affected.

10. Children

Sellsistant is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
