Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Sellsistant account and the data linked to it. You do not need to be the shop owner to ask.

How to ask

1. Email sol@sellsistant.com with the subject "Delete my Sellsistant data".
2. Tell us the shop name and your name as it shows in the app. Do not send your access code.
3. Say whether you want your own data deleted, or, if you are the owner, the whole shop.

We confirm the request within 2 business days. If you are an employee, we let the shop owner know. Deletion is finished within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your access code and profile in the app
• Recordings, short audio clips, transcripts, scores and reviews linked to you
• For a whole shop: every employee's data, the owner's account and the shop's checklists

What is kept

• Billing records that tax law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires
• Totals with no names or quotes, such as how many conversations a shop had in a month

Deleted without asking

Raw audio is deleted automatically within 3 days after processing, and short audio clips after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Customers of a shop

If a shop that uses Sellsistant recorded a conversation with you, write to the same address with the shop name and the date of your visit. We will find the conversation together with the shop and delete it.
